Apex Marine Tech designs and manufactures marine-grade aluminum alloy hull platforms exclusively for peaceful, civil, scientific, and commercial purposes. Typical applications of our platforms include academic marine research, environmental water quality monitoring, routine hydrographic surveying, and civil maritime engineering tests.
1. Strict Exclusion of Military and Hostile Use
Our products and technology are not designed, intended, or authorized for use in:
Military operations, defense applications, or tactical surveillance.
Weapon integration, weaponized payload delivery, or hostile maritime operations.
Any unauthorized mapping of restricted, classified, or military-controlled marine territories.
2. Export Control Compliance (Catch-All Disclaimer)
Apex Marine Tech operates in strict accordance with international trade compliance laws.
We do not supply products to entities listed on international sanctions or restricted party lists (including but not limited to the US SDN List, EU Consolidated Sanctions List).
It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the integration of any third-party equipment (such as sonars, LiDAR, or navigation systems) onto our hulls complies with the export control regulations of both the originating country and the destination country.
Prior to any formal shipment, Apex Marine Tech reserves the right to require customers to sign a formal End-User Certificate (EUC) confirming that the final application of our platform remains strictly civil and scientific.
