Our Products are sold as open-hardware platforms.

We do not manufacture, sell, or integrate specialized underwater sensors, sonar arrays, or dual-use geographic survey equipment unless explicitly agreed upon in a custom commercial contract.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apex Marine Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from:

 The integration of third-party sensors, software, or autopilots onto our aluminum hulls.

 The operation of our maritime platforms in hazardous marine environments or unapproved waterways.

 4. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to our website or business transactions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
